Refund Policy

Counseling with Love TX, PLLC

We understand that life happens and plans sometimes change. To respect both your time and the time reserved for your care, we kindly ask that you review the following appointment and cancellation policies.

​

Payment: The standard self-pay session fee is $85. Payment is due no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

​

Cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice: Your payment will be credited toward your next scheduled appointment at no additional charge.

​

Late cancellations and missed appointments: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are subject to a $85 cancellation/no-show fee. Your prepaid payment will be applied toward this fee and will not be transferred to another appointment or refunded, except as required by law or when the Practice waives the fee.

Practice cancellations: If Counseling with Love TX, PLLC must cancel your appointment, you may choose to receive a full refund or apply your payment toward a rescheduled session.

​

Unused credits: If you cancel with sufficient notice but decide not to reschedule, you may request a refund of your unused payment.
